Designed as a personal home away from home, it is a quiet little abode right on the water where the owner can go to escape and be alone to think, write and relax. The main floor contains a small kitchenette, a living room & reading nook with a large bookshelf wall for the owner's personal library, folding multipurpose tables for dining and other activities, and a small washroom. The second floor houses a sleeping loft and a wrap-around workstation and panorama views aptly named the Captain's Nest. Storm shutters protect the expansive panorama windows when the occasional typhoon blows into Hong Kong.
