Cats are creatures that often roam in and around small, tight, constricted spaces. Collars must use a Quick Release (QR) mechanism in order to prevent a strangulation hazard to the cat. Traditional safety collars have often consisted of weak and unappealing plastic QR buckles that wear out rapidly. This feline collar consists of a quick release magnetic latch that provides safety and secure retention during normal wear. However, when caught in an obstacle the mechanism will rapidly unlatch preventing the possibility of strangulation to the cat.

In addition, this magnetic latch mechanism allows for multiple graduated circumferential adjustments. Thus, providing a customized fit to a wide variety of cats.

Various aesthetically pleasing materials and fabrics are used to construct the body of the collar while custom machine-milled brass hardware ensures a lasting durability for years to come. Each collar also comes with a custom-designed and milled brass hang loop for nametags and additional charms for your beloved cat friend.
